I started as an Analytical chemist, with a number responsibilities in the materials and environmental areas. I have gained a variety of valuable skills, along with the opportunity to move within the business.

Andrew Randewich : Chief Scientist

Professor Andrew Randewich became AWE Chief Scientist in 2013. As part of the role, Andrew was Asset Manager for the ORION laser used to conduct research into high energy density physics

I work on assessing and developing dispersion models, which is the mathematical simulation of emissions as they are transported throughout the atmosphere- think about the spread of smoke coming from a chimney.
